Refund policy
返品・不良品・キャンセルについて: 不良品の場合に限り、商品到着から10日以内にご連絡をいただければ、弊社が送料を負担し良品と交換または代金をお返しいたします。商品の状態確認が必須となるため、写真の撮影・送付にご協力をお願いいたします。
返品期限:商品が不良品の場合にかぎり、到着から10日以内にklumaru.tea@gmail.comまでご連絡をお願いいたします。
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photographic evidence is required to be sent to klumaru.tea@gmail.com within 10 days of arrival. No returns other than cases above are accepted after sales on this website.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a photographic evidence before shipping to be sent to klumaru.tea@gmail.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
