配送ポリシー

通常はご注文から2-3日、最長で10日以内の発送を行います。国内発送はクリックポストで、商品4点（手提げ袋1点まで同梱可能）ずつ１箱に納めてお送りします。

We ship within 10 days after your order is placed and payment is concluded.

Please be informed that if customs and import taxes are charged, the consumer will be responsible for covering these additional fees. In the event of an intrusive inspection during shipment, Klumaru Tea will not be held responsible for any damage to the packaging or product, and the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.
