Nakamura-san's tea garden is nestled by the clear waters of the Miyagawa River in Ise. Their native tea trees, planted from seeds 70 years ago, are free from chemical fertilizer or pesticide and produce tea that is pure and gentle in taste (JAS Organic Certified).
Nakamura-san's sencha is characterized by its pure and well-balanced flavor, unique to organic teas. It has the rich umami, pleasant astringency and bitterness of sencha, while leaving a light and clean aftertaste.
